Hope Harbor Housing's Independent Seniors program is designed for adults 55 and older who are capable of living independently but need affordable, stable housing. Our shared homes provide a safe, friendly environment where seniors can maintain their independence while enjoying the support of a caring community.

Eligibility
Our Independent Seniors program is designed for older adults who are able to live independently and are looking for affordable, stable housing in a supportive community.
- 55 years of age or older
- Able to live independently (no 24-hour care needs)
- Committed to a respectful, substance-free household
- Able to pay monthly rent (assistance programs accepted)
- Willing to follow house rules and community guidelines
We work with social service agencies, discharge planners, and elder care organizations. Referrals are welcome.
